I thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable bed and spacious bathroom in my room. The hotel's location near Hagley Park offered a lovely view, and the friendly staff made my stay very pleasant and accommodating.

A larger quantity of milk would improve cereal mornings!!! No air conditioning makes hot nights uncomfortable!!! Noise from the busy road disrupts sleep!!! Room design limits privacy with open windows!!!

Comfortable Stay with Great Location

I enjoyed my stay in a Twin Studio, where the bed was really comfortable, and the shower pressure was excellent. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Riccarton Road and close to Hadley Park, which was lovely for relaxation. However, the lack of air conditioning was a downside during the warmer weather.

We had a fantastic time at this place, especially with the kids! The nearby Avon River was perfect for punting, and we loved exploring the beautiful trails around. The staff was accommodating and the rooms were clean, making our stay enjoyable.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly amenities, like a playground or activities for them. It would be great if there were options for younger guests.
